Institution have Proctorial System & Mentorship system in each Department under Guidance of Senior Lecturer.
The Mentor is the sole custodian of this Mentor diary. The Students should enter all the information in the format for the personal record, duly signed by the guardians. He / She should produce the filled – in Proctorial card before the concerned proctor within 15 days from the commencement of the class for his counter signature. The Proctor will enter all the marks in the specified column regularly.
The Principal/HOD may verify the entries, made in the diary by the Proctor, at any point of time. Hence the diary should be always with the Proctor of Math & Science for 1st Semester & 2nd Semester. If it will be handed over to the respective department in subsequent semester.
The student should get, the entries made in the column indicating I.A./ Council Marks, verified by the parents with their signature at the end of each semester.
There spective proctor will submit the proctorial Cardofonly those students to the admission section, who have cleared all papers in all semesters
The All parents /guardians are requested to write beneficiary suggestions for future development of the academic standard of their ward in general with signature & date.
FEEDBACK BY MENTEE(STUDENT) also followed in proper formats.
